Episode 3: Releasing and Letting Go
This episode will be about releasing and letting go. In our lives, we have things that hold us back and bring us down to a lower vibration. Stress is the number one factor where we often allow things and situations that can deter us from being happy and mentally healthy. Thes can be past/present partners, jobs, family and outside influences that can take a toll on our mental well-being. By releasing the hold that us captive in mental anguish and limbo is the most beneficial thing we can do for ourselves. This goes back to a previous episode about insanity. Click here for that episode.
So how do you release and let go of pain? Again, just like dealing with insanity, you identify the problem and assess how it makes you feel. For me, I have people in my family who are toxic, continually keep up mess, confusion and there is a lot of backbiting along with drama. I know that type of thing annoys me. So what is my solution? I distance myself, cut all communication and I even block them from contacting me if need be.

In conclusion, the best option in fact IS to release it and let it go. Anything in you life which is not serving you, improving your quality of life or is simply something not change that is making will never have any resolve. Stressing about people, things and situations that you cannot change or control will do nothing besides cause a decline in you overall well-being. You are what most important. Again you can refer to Episode3: Insanity for more insight.
